기본 강의(Basic Course)

이 강의는 이인철변호사가 미국 캘리포니아 변호사 시험 (California bar examination)을 합격하고 강의한 내용을 녹화한 영상입니다. 
강의에서는 여러 자료들을 참고하여 중요한 Issue, Rule을 중심으로 핵심적인 내용 위주로 설명하였습니다.

그러므로 자세한 내용은 반드시 시험을 응시하는 해당 주의 기출문제 모범답안과 기본교재 등의 자료를 기본으로 하시고 본 강의는 참고용으로 학습하시기 바랍니다.

The basic lecture focuses on the core ISSUEs of the important parts.
The contents and textbooks of this lecture do not cover the entire scope of all subjects, and some contents and minor parts are omitted. The instructor has judged that the core important contents and scope of the subject are explained based on the ISSUEs.
Therefore, for detailed information, you must base your study on the model answers to the past questions and basic textbooks for the week you are taking the exam, and use this lecture as a reference.

(1) 핵심 이슈 강의 (Key Issue Lecture)

과목의 전반적인 중요한 이슈를 1시간 이내로 정리한 영상으로 “숲을 보고 나무를 보는 방법”에서 전체적인 숲의 모습을 본다는 개념으로 과목 전체의 목차, 핵심 이슈를 정리한 영상입니다.

이 영상은 본격적인 과목 처음에 수강하고 마지막에 수강하면 예습과 복습의 효과를 얻을 수 있습니다.

(2) 본강의 (Main Lecture)

과목별 기본 이해 강의입니다.

강의 수강전에 반드시 기본교재 등으로 공부를 한 후 강의를 수강하는 것을 권합니다. 강의를 수강하면서 중요한 부분이나 이해가 되지 않는 부분은 다시 한번 기본서나 교재를 참고하시기 바랍니다.

(1) Key Issue Lecture

This video summarizes the overall important issues of the subject in less than 1 hour. It is a video that summarizes the entire subject's table of contents and key issues with the concept of seeing the overall forest in "How to see the forest and the trees".

This video can be taken at the beginning and end of a full-fledged subject to get the effect of preview and review.

(2) Main Lecture

This is a lecture on basic understanding by subject.

It is recommended that you study the basic textbook before taking the lecture. Please refer to the basic book or textbook again for important parts or parts that you do not understand while taking the lecture.
